The Session

How does an RTT® Session Work?

The Visualization

Each session lasts approximately 2 1/2 hours and 1-1 or also takes place over Zoom. That means you are in the comfort of your own home (or place you feel is most suitable), allowing you to feel even more relaxed and comfortable.

The therapist will put you into a relaxing and calm hypnotic state. This involves visualizing.
Your Therapist will walk you through a scene that slowly gets you into the theta state. Do not worry this is the very important thing the client is always in control and in a safe space, you know exactly what is happening you are fully aware. During this state of awareness, you experience a greater sense of peace and relaxation, and you are more suggestible than in your awake, or alpha state, in theta state you may get in when you're driving for a long period on the highway, where you feel present but more "zoned out"

The Scenes

After you're under hypnosis your therapist may guide you through recalling three scenes from your childhood. to find out what is the root cause of any symptoms or triggers created from your body, and that is how it was. we have so many different kinds of tools, once we understand when and where these symptoms come from, where these illnesses come from, Once we understand of it we can change it, mostly where these things are created maybe children and perceptions change once we change the belief we linked pleasure to not having that symptoms coz it will have a role giving you something that particular time.

The Affirmations

In the final part, the therapist will spend time affirming what you've seen and felt and offer a mantra of sorts - or maybe the better explanation is a long, guided thought for healing...

How does RTT® Session feel like?

Amazingly relaxed but very conscious of everything it feels like saying.

You don't say anything without a filter or anything you wouldn't otherwise say fully awake; it's just that you're very so deeply opened- like on a soul level - that it doesn't feel embarrassing or revealing to share what you're truly feeling.

Another way to describe it is similar to the state of zen ( trance) you feel right before you fall asleep (REM) like a newborn baby.

Does RTT® Work?

Absolutely YES! It will help everyone tremendously. It will help you to separate yourself from the patterns of thought habits You had for many years- Powerful thoughts that impacted the way you were able to communicate with people, it will gain your confidence level, self-esteem, and life-changing!
It is worth it!
You will able to articulate your feelings and emotions.
This is a muscle that must be exercised.

Consultation Call

30 Minutes Discovery call/Assessment via ZOOM

In this introduction call we will talk about:

  • What issue is harmful for you at this moment

  • How the problem is affecting your life

Post Session

This is where you are the "Captain of your ship"( client ) You will use your powerful thoughts, positive mind, and awareness combined with your dedication to your personal development to execute the mindset change that consolidates the work done in the session.

Once The therapist changes your Old beliefs during the session, I will give you an Audio recording specific to you (Personalize Transformational Audio recording) you are responsible for listening everyday for your progress for a minimum of 21 days (you are welcome to listen for more than 21 days or longer, the mind loves repetition)
In those 21 days after the session. I the therapist will stay in contact with you, I will check up, on you throughout this important time (once a week) within 21 days, to ensure that everything is alright. and at the end of the 21 days, I will connect again

Some people perceive the changes sometimes in 1 week or maybe 2 weeks, Everyone is different so please do not put any expectations on yourself, experiencing a feeling of immediate relief or a sudden shift in your perspective, emotions, or thinking. Others may experience changes gradually, noticing shifts and progress each day or over time.

Please take into consideration

The audio that is given is very very important. As always Marisa says that 60% of the Therapist and Transformation are in the therapy session, and the remaining 40% is for the client's commitment to listen to that audio.
